I’m a mum, not a chemist, a doctor or a healthcare professional. I do the research on the things you find on this blog using resources available to everybody on the internet.
For our cheat sheets, I use tools available on the web to work out whether I’d be happy to use these products on my family or myself. I’m happy to share this with you to make life easier for other parents who are concerned about the chemicals that they are on their children’s skin.
For articles about children’s behaviour, I rely on my experience as a mother and the advice of my family and friends as well as my common sense.
What I’m hoping to achieve here is to give you a starting point to think about the choices that you are making everyday. You are responsible for your healthcare and lifestyle choices and I would hope that you’ll make any changes sensibly, by doing further research and talking to your healthcare professionals.
While I’m happy for you to share articles and posts that you find here, please be aware that there is a lot of research involved in all these posts, and that this takes me away from time I should probably be spending with my family. Please be considerate, and do not share without attributing the articles back to me.
